Uniform Delights Limited cannot accept verbal orders for samples. Either an emailed order or fax with a purchase order reference is required.

Uniform Delights Limited does not trade on a 'sale or return' basis. Samples can only be returned if used with an order.

If samples have been sent incorrectly, please ring our office within 7 days to arrange a collection & re-ship. 01706 221998

Faulty samples must be returned within 1 week of supply indicating the fault.

Due to high administration & processing cost samples will not be accepted back for credit. With the exception of faulty goods & mis-ships.
